selling things back & opening goals

I think we should be able to sell the walls and floors back. With all these goal we should able to sell back what we dont want anymore.
What do we have to do to get the goals open for the food and stoves?

If they will change the selling rate to like 50% and above then sure, but I highly doubt that will happen lol. The current selling price is only 10% of the cost... I don't think anything is worth selling if only for that rate? Unless you have like.. high hundreds of the same item only then it will accumulate quite a big amount. But even then, the loss is still 90% I'd rather keep even the most useless item in storage.
