what would you say is the best royal exchange? what exchange do you use the most?

Food one is my favorite ..followed by occasional 10 energy

1. Milk & dairy for food items
2. Meat delivery for 10 energy
3. Trapper trade for fancy supplies
4. Monster trade for $25k (usually as soon as I get 20 horns cuz always maxed on teeth & bones) - but starting to hold onto horns now, in case needed for next parts of troll tribe
5. Delicious trade for a gem (8 hr trade that I like to run overnight when my fruit overflows)

My fav is the one with the dessert. I get the best items from it but it does take a while to make the things needed to send the knights on the quest!
