Hello Jamie, since you are changing to an Android phone, you can record down your existing Bakery's:
1. Bakery name
2. Level
3. Amount of coins
4. Amount of gems

Ok, after this, download a new Bakery app on your new phone, name your 'new' bakery as if you are starting over, and repeat the steps 1-4. Then email support@teamlava.com and provide them with the above 8 information in order for them to search, locate both your old and new devices and verify that you are the real user.
Seems a little complicated but that was what I was instructed to do by the Storm8 staff when I contact them by email to transfer my Bakery from my iPod touch to my Samsung Galaxy SII Plus. I hope this helps! :):)

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
