Conservatory drops?

Level 19, and was wondering what the Conservatory drop besides money (if anything) before I build it. I don't need the RP and none of my goals are asking me to build one yet. I have a wizard school and have two libraries, and I was going to build a 3rd to hopefully collect more library books for upgrades.

Should I just wait for a goal to pop up asking me to build one?

It also drops piles of seeds and fertiliser, but that may only be later in the game when you need them. I think you need a conservatory for one of the goals anyway, but can't say for sure.

It drops seeds and fertilizer pretty regularly and now I've maxed on seeds. Still not very far in game yet with goals and stuff. Bought the green house to start making stuff with the seeds. Lol but I don't know what for yet. I just hate seeing supplies of anything disappear:)
