View Full Version : Game times out constantly, coins lost as well as free spins

As of late I am lucky to get in 3 to 5 spins before a particular machine/the game times out. Each time it deducts the the amount of the spin. I believe this is an unjust behavior of the game. The same thing happens when the game times out during free spins. It does little good to give away free spins when the game times out twice deducting 2 of 5.

I am in an LTE service area, I do not have connection issues with any other apps on my phone to include other Storm8 apps. nor do I have issues with my internet connections.

If this is a bug with my account please help me with it. If not please take my opinions of the actions into consideration for the next update.

My husband and I both love the game but are getting frustrated with the time outs.

Thanks for letting us know. So each time the game times out, you lose the Coins you earned through the Free Spins, and those Free Spins you already used are not given back.

Please let us know what you mean by the game times out. Does the game close with no warning or error message? Or do you always see an error message or processing screen before the game closes.

Are you using the Auto Spin feature? Also, which Slot machine are you experiencing this issue in? Please let us know so we can look into this for you, thanks!

I am also having this issue. I have had enough spins to get me through the first level. Now all of my spins time out as well. The slots spin and spin and spin until it kicks me to the main page and says sorry it has timed out. Yet my money was still gone. Very bad first impression of the game in my opinion.

You may be experiencing a sync error. This may occur when your device is unable to maintain a stable connection with our servers to save your game progress. Please force close your game and double check your connection if you experience this issue.
