Is there any other way to get dragon scales?

I am still waiting for the raw material from adventure therefore I haven't completed the dragon goal. I don't have one yet. But the new swampy pond require 10 dragon scales to forge something.... Anywhere else I could get the scales?

Unfortunately there is no other source.
Last years Christmas trees and this years Rainbow Pots have a chance of dropping them, but it is very rare and random, not to mention that those items are no longer available, so I would basically discard them as the source of scales.

Thanks, I had 2 from the pots in storage, but don't want to chop more just for that reason.

I will wait my rare drop from adventure then.....not sure how much luck I got as already waited over a year for alicorn....

No rush though
