My game has disappeared - all progress gone

I just had a problem with visiting other kingdoms, in that nothing happened when I tapped visit, so I force closed the game and reopened it and now I am back to day 1 with the Baron asking me if I am a lord or a lady.

I have force closed again and the Baron is telling me I did well to build a farmhouse.


This has just happened in the last few minutes. Game up until then was working just fine.

And now I have just gone onto Dragon Story and I am back to the start again, level 1.


Edit to say - I've just left the app open and the "processing" sign keeps coming up, so I am guessing something is going on somewhere.

And now both games are back, just in time for the update :)

If you have an open ticket, Support may have been looking at your game. If this happens, don't worry, it'll be back. :)

LOL, it would :D I had just never experienced this kind of glitch before.

Elsa was right though because I had just reported something else and they must have been looking at my account. I shall know if it ever happens again.
