Can't do quests or battle in arena or use potion shop after transferring game.

I can't use my potion shop, quest castle or battle arena after transferring my game from ios to android. The buildings are there but when I tap them I get no option to do anything with them. And my purple dragon is stuck in a quest. Please help.

Since these features are not active for android devices, after transferring you may see the buildings, but they will only be decorations.

You can send an email to support@teamlava.com and an agent can set your dragon free from the quest.
