Hello everyone.
Can someone tell me how to beat the gummy bear in 162?
I'm stuck!!! Agh!!!!

Any suggestions/tips appreciated

Only play rounds that start with lots of yellow/purple candies, as well as yellow/purple match(es) next to ice blocks (clears the ice/makes more target-colored candies.) Restart the round if you don't have a good board. This level requires a balance of collecting high-numbered candies & clearing Gobblers that are eating your candies. (Not to mention, clearing obstacles the gummy bear throws in your way.) Try to choose the best move every time, including multi-purpose moves... like matching yellow or purple candies to stun/clear a Gobbler. Make lots of 4 & 5 candy matches to create special spots (especially Sugar Scoops & Sugar Blasts.)

If you're getting close to winning, but low on moves...you may want to use your free boosts. To see if winning's likely (or if you're in range,) it helps to know how much candies are worth on the "gummy bear stamina bar." Early in the round, when you're making a simple match, pay attention before & after to see how much is cleared from the 100% meter. For example: say you make a 6-point match, and it only takes 3% off the meter. That means it takes 2 candies to clear 1%. Each level's different, and can come out lots of ways--fractions, too (like 1 1/2 candies = 1%.) But it's good to know, and can be helpful towards the end to calculate if certain matches, moves, or boosts will earn enough to pass the round.

If you know the "candy to stamina" rate, then you can check out your board & see if you can win with regular matches, or if you need to use your boosts. Or maybe, you're not close enough (don't want to waste your boosts if you're not.) Might just be better to play it out & hope for a miracle, lol. Besides, a "luckier" round always shows up eventually... ;)

But, anyway... Once you see a "possible win" that requires your boosts, use them as effectively as you can. Choose the cross-section with the highest # of candy points for your Sugar Blast. Or you use the Super Sweet boost first, which adds 1 point to each of your target candies. Check for the best row and column to use your Sugar Blast on (may be different when using your +1 boost!) then blast!
