broken hearts

Y r 9 out of 10 hearts blue n broken? No matter what I do I can't fix the broken hearts..

Make sure that your customers can get to enough dressing rooms and mirrors. Also make sure that nothing is blocking their access to the register. Some accounts seem to have an issue if the dressing rooms are right next to the wall.

I have the same.Lots of broken hearts for no reason.My store has enough fitting rooms, clothes, mirrors and nothing blocked.
The broken hearts just appeared out of the blue. I really don't like it.
