Glitch?

Has anyone else had trouble tapping in their catalog? It did it the other day to me. I could move around and open my catalog and my closet, but it wouldn't let me collect my completed orders. Now tonight it let me order about six garments and it stopped registering my touches. I can move around, but I can't tap my catalog slots. Any idea why this is happening or how I can fix it?

Fairly common glitch,just close game out completely,then reopen.always happens to me ,that's how I get past that bug
