Battle arena

Does anyone else have their battle arena with boards around it like when you're building habits? Mine just started this and I was wondering if it was something new.

Also it's doing it with the healing spa and I don't know if it's a glitch but I only just put a dragon in a few minutes ago and now it's saying just fifteen minutes to go
