Restoring Game

Unfortunately for me my iphone decided to break and I had to get a replacement. After restoring the phone, I opened my Castle Story app expecting to pick up where I left off only to see that it was a brand new game. How can I pull my old game back up so I can continue where I left off. I was on level 40 at least so starting over is not appealing to me at all!

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
