mythic essance need help

I tried searching but I'm having trouble finding this. I'm trying to create mythic essence and need manicore tails. It's been very time consuming waiting on my manicure to drop one. I have 3 & need 10. I've been at this for a couple days. Any other sources??

As far as I know the manticore whiskers come only from manticores. Could be mistaken - I'm only level 26 and don't need those yet.

After realising that those whiskers are hard to come by I purchased a baby manticore to stock up early. (Fingers crossed the plan works out)

Funny now he's not dropping whiskers he has been dropping troll essence.
