This is the dialogue for the Faeries story.

The dialogue in Castle Story is more important now than ever before.

We are learning the history of beings who share our world. Unfortunately, we can not re read the storyline to remember.

Hope you all are interested in this.

the apostrophe always looks good in advance, but shows as a question mark when posted. will do the edits later.

During the Reindeer Stable Quest, Ivy mentions to Old Thomas that she is going to string together some pretty glowing lights!

*At the Blush Plume*
Faerie: Sweet nectar! The humans are after our sisters to use them as lights.
Fairy Queen: Alert the Plume. Take the Rose Seal, you have my permission.
Faerie: As my lady commands.

FAERIE QUEST Part 1
http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?63685-Castle-Story-01-02-2014-Update-Faeire-Quest

Summary: The Faeries are fed up with Ivy using them as a light source! Complete this quest line to see why you're building a beautiful Faerie Respite!

FAEIRE QUEST

Sabina: Ivy! Let that poor Faerie Go!
Ivy: But I need her to sprinkle her sparkly magic dust over my cauldron!
My recipe calls for it!
Sabina: Must we be so cruel as to lock them up in jars?
Why can't we just ask the kind Faerie to help us?
Ivy: Because the moment we let her out of there she'll fly away!
Sabina: Gee, wonder why . . .

*You hear an argument over at Ivy's Hut*
Ruler: That doesn't sound good. Let's go see what's going on at Ivy's Hut.

(Sabina> Faeries flee the moment they see us because we've been locking them up in jars! )
1. That's Faerie Cruel
(Sabina> Say no to Faerie Cruelty! )

SL: ruler arrives at Ivy's Hut
Sabina: There you are! Come now, tell Ivy she's being cruel!
Ruler: I hear both sides, but I'm sure there's a solution that'll make everyone happy.
Sabina: Well at the very least please make Ivy release *some* of these Faeries!
Ivy: Fine, I'll compromise. I'll let you have half of the Faeries I captured until we find a solution.
Ruler: Thank you, Ivy.

(Ivy> What are you gonna do with them? I hope you don?t free them? they?re very hard to capture! )
2. Ivys Compromise
( Ivy> Oh, I think they're trying to talk to us. )

SL: Ruler speaks to faerie in a jar

Ruler: Hello, I'm the ruler of this Kingdom. Nice to meet you
Faerie: *muffle muffle *
Ruler: If I let you out, will you promise to not run away? We just want to talk.

Faerie: *muffle muffle *

(Sabina> Oh goodie, we're releasing them! Hello, pretty Faerie! We won't
hurt you or force you to give us your sparkly Faerie dust. )
3. Don't Be Afraid
(Sabina> no, no, no, come back! )

Faerie *sticks out tongue and blows a raspberry*
Ruler: Wait! Come back! Meh, she's gone.
Ivy: Hah, I told you so!
Sabina: Don't be disheartened! Let's free another Faerie.
Maybe this one will stay.
Ruler: Ok, let's try this again.
Ivy: Uh huh, I'm gonna head back home and eat a Skunku- pie.
Ruler: We're going to free you, but please don't fly away when we do. We just want to talk.
Faerie: *muffle muffle *

(Sabina> I have a good feeling about this one! Well, go on, open the jar! )
4. One More Time
(Sabina> That one flew away even faster than the previous one! )

Ruler: Ok, this isn't going to work. We won't have any Faeries left if we keep this up.
Thurston: Pardon the intrusion, my liege. . . but I find trust comes naturally when offered a hot meal!
Ruler: Good idea, Thurston! But what do Faeries like to eat?
Sabina: Sweets! All Faeries love sweet things, I know so!
Ruler: Alright. Let's give it a go.

(Sabina> I'm getting a sugar rush just thinking of all the desserts we can prepare for our Faerie friends! )
5. Sweet Bribe
(Sabina to released Faerie: Won't you have a bite? We can wait until you're full. )

Ruler: Please don't go. We just want to talk.
Faerie: And why should I listen to you?
Ruler: Umm. . . because we gave you sweets?
Faerie: So did the last human, and then we ended up in jars!
Ruler: But we're different, we're letting you go.
Faerie: I suppose. Very well. What d'ya want?

Ruler: We would like to trade you things in exchange for your magic.
Faerie: Hah! What can you possibly offer us?! Our Plume Queen provides us with everything.
Ruler: I don't know . . .
Faerie: Tell ya what. I'll return to the Blush Plume and let my sisters know.
If the Plume Queen graces your request, I'll return with our demands. How's that sound?
Ruler: I can't agree or disagree. We hope you return soon.

(Old Thomas> Faeries sure are tough to please. I wonder if she'll come back. . )
6. Who is The Plume Queen?
(OT> Ah, the history of the Glimmerwood? )

SL: Ruler speaking with Old Thomas

Ruler: Soo. . . The Glimmerwood used to belong to the Trolls and Faeries?
OT: Yes, indeed! Before the humans arrived, Trolls, Faeries and others inhabited the woods.
They found a way to share the land through peaceful negotiation.
When the humans arrive, it complicated matters.. as the land was being split further.
The old King was.. well, he wasn't one to share and resolve problems through peaceful means.
Ruler: I feel heavy.. I'm no better than the previous Kings..
Thurston: Aye, my liege.. I feel shame as well.. for the Faeries
But the Trolls. Aye, do not sorrow thy heart for the Trolls!
Sabina: Cheer up! Even the greatest heroes fall.
Besides, it's never too late to redeem yourself!

(OT> You truly are a fine ruler. Shall we construct a draft of new rules? Goals? Plans, perhaps?
This must be written with special parchment and ink and bounded with magic! )
7. Write the Wrongs
(OT> Ready to write when you are )

Ruler: How do we feel about this treaty?
OT: It's a good step forward. We want to make amends and want to be on friendlier terms.
Ruler: I'm glad that's clear.. so, how do we call the Faeries?
Sabina: In my stories, the Faeries can be found basking in the sunny Magic Garden, but
they don't frequent the gardens anymore.. that's where Faeries go to get captured.
Ivy: Don't look at me!
Ruler: Is there another way to call them?
Sabina: If the stories are true, there IS another way. Faeries attract to fragrant flowers.
If we can collect a large amount and place them at the Magic Garden, they'll surely come!

(Sabina> So we'll need some white, red, blue, purple, and orange petals. Some glimmer dust too, for good measure. )
8. Calling All Faeries
(Sabina> The sweet scent will call them. Let's wait for their arrival, shall we? )

SL: at the Magic Garden

Sabina: Now we wait for one to come.
Ivy: This is handy knowledge! Thanks for showing me this!
Sabina: IVY! I thought you were turning over a new leaf!
OT: Ohoho, that was a splendid play on words, Princess Sabina!
Sabina: I'm being serous!
Ruler: Look! There's a Faerie!

. 2 faeries arrive: Ooh, what a gorgeous bed of petals. I could use a nap?
Pay attention, Lila! We're here on a mission for the Plume Queen!

Ruler: Hi there.
Faerie: Ahh! You almost made me spill my faerie dust!
Ruler: Sorry about that? I didn't mean to scare you.
Faerie: Scared? Now where did you get that idea?
Any who, we're here to speak to the Ruler of *this* Kingdom.
Ruler: That would be me.
But, before we hear you out, we have something for you. A treaty.
Faerie: The last treaty we saw tried to hoodwink us! Surely, this can't be any different.
Ruler: It is, I promise you that!
Faerie: You seem different. Alrighty. I will take this back to our Plume Queen.
Oh, and the sister you freed, she has a message for you.
We are interested in forming a friendship with you. To start, we propose a friendly trade.

(Ivy> How about that! We're truly writing history!
I think the Faeries will appreciate a trade of human things.
Let's trade them things that are unique to us. )
9. Foreign Objects
(Ivy> I wonder what they have in store for us? )

Ruler: Ok, that's everything. Let?s trade at the Magic Garden.
Sabina: Wait for me! My dress is quite heavy!
Thurston: Aye, my Princess! I shall lend you my arm.
Ruler: Nothing to do but wait I suppose. I'm gonna explore the garden until they arrive

(Thurston> Aye, my liege, while you explore I shall keep everyone safe from the Trolls. )
10. Trust Trade
(Thurston> Huzzah! My liege, the Faeries have arrived! )

Ruler: I'm not sure if we met.. but, hi again.
Faerie: My name is Azalea. Council to the Plume Queen. And these are my sisters.
Ruler: Nice to meet you, Azalea.
Faerie Azalea: Pleasure. I'm sure my sisters have informed you of a friendly trade?
Ruler: Yes, we brought along some things to trade you.
Faerie Azalea: Well, that's rosey! Let's trade, shall we?

*The Faeries rummage through the items*
Azalea, Dew of the Stars, what is this? Do I brush my hair with it?
And what's this? A mirror? I can see myself in it!

Faerie Azalea: Thank you for the gifts. We've brought some fruits on behalf of the Plume Queen.
Ruler: Thank you so much. We will share these with everyone in the Kingdom.
Faerie Azalea: That would be rosey.
Ah, before I forget, our Plume Queen has an answer to your treaty.
Our Plume Queen agrees that we can start anew, on the condition that you build
a place that welcomes the Faeries in you Kingdom. A Faerie Respite, perhaps.

(OT> Splendid idea. I agree with the Faerie's proposal. In addition to being a place
for the Faeries to visit and rest, it will also serve as a symbol of our ties. )
11. Symbol of Friendship
(OT> They gave us Magic Fruits! I'm sure Miss Ivy will love these. )

Ruler: Hey, wait! Come back! They're gone.
OT: Not to fear, they left us a blueprint.
Ruler: That's good. Let's use it to build something they'll fall in love with.
Then they'll visit us all the time!
OT: That's the plan.

(OT> Now that we have the hole dug, let's fill it with water. This will be a fine respite indeed. )
12. Faerie Subtle
(OT> Beautiful, it's starting to look very special. )

Ruler: Hmm.. it says here we'll need some Faerimer Columns.
OT: Oh dear?
Ruler: I know what the means. History lesson time.
OT: Back during the Old King's reign, he did terrible things.
One of the things he did was remove culture and art from the Faeries.
The Faerimer Columns were one of the things he hid away deep in the Dark Caves.
Ruler: That's awful?
Thurston: My liege, send me and thy best Knights for this mission!
Sabina: So valiant and noble of you, Sir Thurston!
Ruler: Thank you, Thurston, for your charge.

(OT> The Old King was a very aggressive Ruler. I hope the Faerimer Columns are safe and sound. I wish our Knights a speedy return from their Adventure To The Dark Caves. )
13. Cave Rich In Culture
(OT> Truly magnificent! Astounding work, Sir Thurston. )

Ruler: The middle is pretty empty. What goes there?
OT: That's where we'll place the graceful Lady Finverra.
Ruler: That's a beautiful name. Who is she?
OT: According to the Legends, Lady Finverra was the one that created the Blush Plume.
Ruler: Blush Plume?
OT: Yes, that is what the Faeries call their Kingdom.
Ruler: Oh. I hope they'll invite us to visit one day. Sounds like a really magnificent place.
Is the statue hidden away in the Dark Caves as well?
OT: Ah no. The Old King kept the statue for himself.
He stored it with the rest of his treasures in the Ancient Vault.

(OT> I hope we can locate the statue of Lady Finverra in the Old King's vault. He has many, many treasures tucked away in there? Maybe one day when time is on our side, we can go through and return all the sacred things he stole. )
14. Lady Finverra
(OT> I'm glad she's rescued from the cold vaults of the Old King! )

Ruler: She's beautiful.
OT: Indeed. She also had a generous heart.
Ruler: I can see why the Faeries honor her.
Are we almost done?
OT: Not quite. We're missing the most important thing in Faerie culture!
Ruler: Flowers!
Sabina: We should all work together to gather seeds.
The Magic Garden has some of the most beautiful flowers.

(Sabina: The Magic Garden and Glimmerbulbs produce some of the most exquisite seeds.
Let's gather enough seeds so the respite is lush when the flowers bloom! )
15. No Longer A Fairy Tale
(Sabina> This is gorgeous! When are the Faeries going to see this? )

Sabina: I think I see glowy orbs floating near the respite.
Ruler: Let's go say hello.
. Faeries arrive at the respite
Ruler: Hi again.

Faeries: By sparkles of the Plume, this is gorgeous! Azalea, come take a look see!
I agree with Lila! The humans have outdone themselves!

Ruler: We're happy to hear you like it!
Faerie: Thank you. We appreciate the details and your effort!
We think it's time for you to meet our Plume Queen.
Ruler: It would be our honor.

.. ..
Plume Queen: You're the one my sisters have spoke favourably about. Your eyes show promise.
It takes courage to admit mistakes and to actively correct them.
I feel a strong aura surrounding you?
Ruler: That's very kind.. but I'm just a regular person.

Faerie: My Plume Queen, apologies for the interruption, but it's time
we return to the Blush Plume. There are guests awaiting your presence.
Plume Queen: We will meet again. I feel you will achieve great things in this lifetime.

Ruler: That was, for lack of a better word.. magical.
Sabina: She was tiny! And beautiful!
Thurston: Truly graceful! But never more graceful than thee, my liege!

(Ivy> Great job! Now that we're friends with the Faeries, I wonder what they'll trade us? I'm gonna head over to the Faerie Respite and make some new friends. You know, turning over a new leaf. )
16. The Plume Queen
(Ivy> The Faeries talk a lot about Fey Crystals? I wonder if they'll give me one. )

BLYTHEWOOD SAPLING Part 1
http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?65629-Castle-Story-02-20-2014-Update-The-Blythewood-Sapling

Summary: Old Thomas reaches out to a long-time friend. A letter arrives that may split the Kingdom in half. A life is saved and welcomed into the Kingdom.

=====*=====
SL: OT begins writing to Agnes

OT: Oh dear.. it's been awhile since I last wrote to Agnes. I hope it's not awkward I write now.
Hmm.. where to start.. ? I suppose, Dear Agnes?
Dear Agnes, how are you, friend?
.. ..
Oh no, that's not good enough after such a long period of silence on my part!
.. ..
Dear Agnes,
I hope you are well. Let's see, where did we last leave off?
Life continues to treat these old bones well? I am still serving as a Royal Council and the Ruler hasn't failed to be true and graceful.
Perhaps you'll visit one day? I promise you won't be disappointed!
You once told me life should be full of surprises and wonder? I am blessed to say I'm filled with those moments every day.
I hope you are well, and if there is a chance, do come visit.
Always, Thomas

Oh dear, I think I'll sleep on this before sending it off?

(OT> No, I must not be a coward! It's about time I send this letter to Agnes. I wonder where she has been and what she has seen.. ? I hope she writes soon, the wait for a reply is always harder than writing the letter itself. )
1. Dear Agnes
(OT> Oh! She sent a gift as well! )

SL: OT receives Agnes letter

Dear Thomas,
Hello, hello from Blythewood! It's considerably bright and sunny here for a winter!
It pleases me to hear you are doing well and life is pleasant.
I've been meaning to visit last summer, but a certain someone never wrote back. . . Sweet Thomas, that was a joke! I have a feeling you were stressing yourself over that! And I couldn't help but tease you like when we were in our astronomy lessons. To be sure, I was never upset. I knew you were kept quite busy.
I've heard many, many tales throughout my journey about the Glimmerwood.
It's quite dramatic indeed! Is it all true? Does your Kingdom truly have a Manticore? What of the Mythic Essence? And the Glimmergate's awakening?
You must tell me all, your travels surely sound more exciting than mine!
Attached is a little gift from my travels. I miss you dearly, I hope to hear from you soon . . .
Love, Agnes

(OT> Love! Oh dear, reading that always makes my heart skip a beat! She didn't have to send a gift. What can someone like me offer a lady who already has experienced all the wonders of life? )
2. Gift of Wonder
(OT> Umm.. the essences are.. for me! )

Ivy: Sooo, what do you need these for again?
OT: Umm.. uhh, for myself!
Lady G: Yes, but for what, dear?
OT: To study and document in the name of history, of course! Haha Ha..
Ivy: Why are you so sweaty?
Lady G: Better yet, didn't you already document this when we first discovered it?
OT: It seems I may have missed something, and I would like to restudy it, to be sure!
Ivy: What did you think you missed? Maybe we can answer it for ya.
OT: ..
Lady GI know a lie when I sense one. Maybe the Glimmer plants can get it out of him?
OT: Glimmerdust, no! I would like to gift some to my friend.
Ivy: Hahaha, now it all makes sense. *Friend* , huh?
Lady G: Am I missing a joke here?
Ivy: I'll explain while we brew. He probably just wants to impress his *friend* Agnes with a gift.

(OT> Miss Ivy! Agnes is just my friend, please stop spreading stories!
Oh dear.. Well thank you for your assistance. Agnes will be amazed to see this brand new essence. )
3. Can't Fool The Ladies
(OT> Now for the hard part.. writing the letter. )

Ivy: So, what are ya gonna write? Dear Agnes, I brewed these Mythic Essences from the heart because I have a crush on you.
Lady G: Is it that embarrassing? You are pink like the cheek of a baby frog's first croak.
OT: ...
Ivy: : Fine, we?ll stop teasing you. Here you go, all packaged up nicely.
OT: Thank you Miss Ivy, and Lady Greselda. Please do let me know if you ever need assistance for anything!
Ivy: Anything, huh?
Lady G: Hmm..
OT: Oh dear.. this is going to lead to trouble?
Lady G: Good to know, Old Thomas. We shall do so if the need ever arises.
Ivy: See you later! Go get her, tiger!

OT: Time to sit down and write the letter.

(OT> What to say.. do I end this with Love, Thomas? She did end her letter with love. Perhaps it's a signal I can too? Oh dear, I feel like I'm young again! )
4. Four Page Letter
(OT> I should re-read this before sending it off... )

SL: OT re reads letter before sending

Dear Agnes,
My heart feels lighter knowing you forgive me for not writing immediately.
Blythewood! I remember our trip there during the summer of our botanical studies camp! Has it changed much? Is the apple pie lady as grumpy as always? The good old days, I miss those times indeed.
Yes, the songs and stories of the minstrels are true! I will send you some of my recollections. I hope they're up to standards! I did my best to record everything as it unfolded. You are too kind. Surely my stationary life cannot be more exciting than yours.
Thank you for the souvenir, I also attached a little something for you as well. Our two best witches (we joke - a witch and a half!) brewed them.
I hope they are useful for your future travels. Where do you plan on visiting next?
I pray you are well, and I miss you terribly.
Love, Thomas
P.S: I hope the Glimmerwood is on the travel list once again.

(OT> I wish I could see her face when this package arrives. Mythic Essence! I almost forgot what a discovery it was! I surely took it for granted? )
5. Dear Agnes Part 2
(OT> Oh, a.. sapling gift? )
OT: Hooray! A letter from Agnes!

Dear Thomas,

Blythewood has gone through changes. Some for the better, and some for the worse.
The Baron's rules have changed the culture here.
The apple pie lady is no longer in town. She was sent to The Baron's royal kitchen to bake him fruit pies whenever he wants one. I believe she may be even grumpier now! I do hope she gets to go home soon . . .
Minstrels that dare speak ill of The Baron say he had a hand in the demise of the former King, and possibly the disappearance of the true heir as well.
We live in dark times, and I feel it in my bones darker times are coming. . . Oh my, I've been rambling on about my fears. I'm sure you've already heard these whispers.

Onto lighter subjects, yes? I enjoyed your letter! I tried my hardest to read it slowly. These are truly epic findings! I must visit soon to witness these once in a lifetime discoveries. And to see you, of course. It will be like old times. Studious Thomas and Curious Agnes!
Speaking of old times, I stumbled upon a weak Praying Tree in Blythewood. Unfortunately, The Baron issued a decree to not water the Praying Tree. . . Anyone with eyes could see the tree was heavy with sadness as it withered away. . .
As I sat in silence admiring the tree, a gust came and the root lifted meekly off the soil. And something magical happened! I felt the wind push me towards the root. I don't know what took over me! I swiftly broke off a piece of the root, and grabbed a handful of soil. Then I rushed off before anyone saw me.
I've been trying to nurture the root. But to no avail, nothing worked. Except for the Mythic Essence you sent me! The root and seeds started glowing and the color returned! But it was short lived and I am out of the essences. I believe you are the one who can nurture this sapling. I apologize for imposing.
I hope the Ruler of Glimmerwood can protect this future Praying Tree from The Baron.
Write to me soon and often, sweet Thomas.
With All My Heart, Agnes

OT: Oh dear, The Baron is terrorizing other Kingdoms..
I must take this sapling to the Ruler at once and request an audience with everyone.

(OT> With everyone present and aware of the situation, we can better combine our efforts to revive this piece of the Praying Tree before it's too late. )
6. The Blythewood Sapling
(OT> Any ideas to revive this sapling? )

Ruler: The Baron is always up to no good. Ivy, Lady Greselda? Any leads on what to do?
Ivy: We can try some things at the Greenhouse.
Lady G: I must ask, what are we doing reviving this tree? Aside from doing Blythewood a favor?
Ruler: What do you mean?
Lady G: Well, has anyone thought about why The Baron wanted this tree gone?
Perhaps we should understand the Praying Tree before rooting it into our Kingdom.
Ruler: The Baron is always doing things that involve harming others.
Lady G: True, but let's not deny that the Praying Tree *is* a magical being.
And housing a magical being in our Kingdom could bring us visitors we may not welcome. And we can't exactly uproot the tree after it's revived and send it back to Blythewood! Not to mention this is a lifetime of commitment. And to what? We don't even know.
Ruler: I..
OT: I want to help Agnes and the Blythewood.. but I must fulfill my duties to you first.
As Royal Council I urge you to consider Lady Greselda's precaution.

Ruler: .. Thank you, Old Thomas. And thank you Lady Greselda for speaking true.
As Ruler of this Kingdom, I say we do all we can to revive the Praying Tree.
I'm not afraid of The Baron or the unknown. We'll deal with what comes as it arises.
I don't expect anyone to fight my battles. I will take full responsibility.
I do hope that everyone stays, and protects the Kingdom of fairness that we've built together.

OT: Thank you, king Ruler. You will never lose my faithfulness.
Thurston: My liege, thou shall never lose me or the Excalibam by your side!
Lady G: Hmp. I applaud your bravery. You have my magic at your side.
Sabina: Of course we?ll be here! You've done so much for all of us.
Ivy: Yup. And this turned emotional FAST. Let's get to reviving this sapling, shall we?

(Ivy> Planting 101. Let's get this sapling into the ground as soon as we can. The basic nutrients are all from mother nature anyways. Then we can start experimenting on what will make this baby grow! )
7.To Be Selfless, No Matter The Cost
(Ivy> I wonder if it'll grow? )

BLYTHEWOOD SAPLING Part 2
http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?65920-Castle-Story-02-27-2014-Update-The-Blythewood-Sapling-Part-2

Summary: The Baron destroys a piece of history. The Kingdom reconstructs lost knowledge with outside help. The Faeries get restless.

=====*=====

SL: Letter from Thomas to Agnes:

Dear Agnes,
It was a struggle deciding what to do with the sapling.
We realized we know nothing about the Praying Tree.
In the end, the Ruler decided to plant the sapling and let come what may come.
Some claim to have seen the sapling dance in the sun! But, that was a while ago...
The sapling appears weaker by the day and I'm afraid it will wither away if we don't act soon.
Perhaps Mythic Essence is no longer enough?
Do you have an inkling to what we should do?
Do you know more about the Praying Tree?
Yours, Thomas

1. Planting The Seeds Of.. ?
(OT> Oh dear, we have a lot of translating to do. )

Ruler: I'll wait for the carrier pigeon with you, too. I have a feeling today is the day.
Ah, there's the little birdy now! Stupendous timing!

Dear Thomas,
I am at ease to hear the sapling arrived safely and is under your care.

We must move fast since Mythic Essences magic is no longer enough. . .
I did a little digging of my own. (Always one step ahead of you!)

According to rumors, The Barons Knights removed four trinkets that blessed the tree.
The removal of the trinkets was the true reason behind the trees passing.
The decree to not water the tree was just a diversion.
The Baron wanted the knowledge of the trinkets lost. .

The language barrier has been challenging, but I've befriended the Blythewood citizens.
They say they can recreate the missing trinkets, but it will be difficult.
I can't take on a task this large alone. . .
I hope distance wont be a problem for us working together.

The town has gotten strange since the trees passing. . I hope to read your words soon.
They bring me comfort.
In anticipation, Agnes

(OT> Oh dear, what should we do? Oh, yes, of course! You found the list of materials she needs. This is quite a request. Do we have any of these materials in our Kingdom reserves? )
2. Four Trinkets of Blessing
(OT> I await the good news, Thomas )

Ruler: I hope Agnes is safe.. it has been awhile since she wrote back.
OT: I hope she is safe as well..
Thurston: My liege! This carrier pigeon was found outside our castle walls!
OT: Ah, that's Agnes' seal!

Dear Thomas,
I apologize for not sending this letter straight to your door. .
The Baron recently declared that letters can no longer be sent or received in Blythewood. .
I had to do a lot of sneaking around to get this little birdy out unnoticed.

I'm starting to understand the language here better. Communication should be much smoother from here on.

The Blythewood artisans crafted the trinket! They call it the Life Tree Trinket.
However this is just the base. . . The trinket is missing the blessing.
I believe the blessing is in the form of a stone. Perhaps a precious gem?
I hope you were able to find a lead, I will continue to ask around for more information.

Here is what I know so far, I hope my translations are correct:
There are four blessings that guarded the Praying Tree.
Each Trinket represents an element, I believe they are Water, Air, Fire, and Nature.
I will start looking into the history of the Praying Tree. . in the meantime,
The water blessing is that trinket that must be reconstructed first.

This carrier pigeon is trained, please use this one when you write back.
Love, Agnes

Ruler: A water stone?

(OT> Shall we tour all of our lakes, ponds, and rocks near the waters to understand what type of stone forms there? We are looking for something that could represent a water stone.. )
3. Water Blessing
(OT> We may need to travel to the ocean. )

Ruler: I don't think any of these rocks are it. They feel very ordinary.
Ivy: Duh, I could have told you that. Where we need to go is the ocean!
Thurston: My liege, send me in your place. The ocean is a dangerous place, filled with Kraken!
And Sirens that will lure you to your DOOM with their melodies!
Ruler: Thurston, I think those are just sailor legends.
Sabina: No way, Princess Lorelei of the deep sea kingdom is real!
Ivy: Well, only one way to settle this? TO THE OCEAN!
Ruler: Why do I feel like this is a ploy to get us to go out to sea?
Ivy: Well, if you're a chicken, we can send our trusty knights instead.
But we'll need to supply them with Potion of Gills. So they can breathe underwater, duh!
OT: Ah, I see! The potion will help them swim deep into the ocean to mine precious sea stones!
Ivy: Yep! You got it!
Ruler: That sounds really dangerous? How long does this stuff last? Has ANYONE tried it before?
Ivy: I haven?t brewed it before, but it shouldn?t be too hard.
Lady G: If it worries you dear, allow me to help. I have a few recipes I would like to try as well..
Ruler: Oh geez.. OK. We will leave this up to you both.

(Ivy> We?ll need ALL the ocean- y things. And whatever else Lady Greselda suggests.
This is gonna take awhile, but hey, no one's perfect! )
4. Potion of Gills
(Ivy> Sooo, who wants to be a tester? )

Ruler: So how long after taking this potion will the effects kick in?
How long will it last? Do I grow gills? Where on my body.. ?
Lady G: Too many questions, dear. We won't know until we try it.
So.. which poor soul is going to try this?
Ivy: I say Thurston. He's the one that offered to go!
Thurston: *Gulp* I.. I..
Lady G: You did swear an oath to protect the Ruler, dearie.
Thurston: In the name of the Ruler, I will take this poison for thee!
Lady G: It's not poison, you - -
Ruler: It?s ok Thurston. I can take the potion.
Thurston: No!
Lady G: Oh my, he's chugging all of it!
Ivy: Whoo hoo! Chug! Chug! Chug!''

(Ivy> Ready, Old Thomas? Get out your ink and paper and get ready to
record this! This is going to be a great learning experience for all of us! )
5. Can I Breathe On Land?
(Ivy> Quick, dunk his head into water! )

Ruler: Thurston! Are you ok?!
Ivy: He grew gills! His fingers are webbed!
Lady G: Fascinating..
Ivy: We can't test much if he's going to stick his head in a bucket until it wears off.
Lady G: Let's throw him into the nearby pond.

(At the pond)
Thurston: I?m swimming! This is aweso - - *gargle gargle*
Ivy: He?s like a fish. He can?t speak until he breathes underwater first.
Ruler: I guess it's.. totally safe.
Ivy: Yep! The only thing we need to worry about is the consistency in each bottle.
If they're unevenly brewed, some can last as short as five minutes!
Ruler: ..

(Lady G> Don?t worry dear, we?ll be sure to brew a very good batch when it?s time to set out. )
6. Deep Sea Exploring
(Lady G> Well? Any Kraken?

Ivy: Thurston looks traumatized.
Ruler: Thank you, Thurston. Your service is greatly appreciated.
Thurston: Anything for my sovereign! The hair of Sirens cannot sway me to their side!
Ivy: I think that?s seaweed you fought off. Not siren hair.
OT: Siren or not, these stones you recovered are magnificent!
Ruler: Yeah, I've never seen anything like this before. What is it?
Thurston: Lapis Lazuli, according to the common folk near the beach.
Ruler: What do we do now? Stick it into the Life Tree Trinket?

(OT> I believe so, let?s take it to the Magic Forge. They should be able to figure something out for us. )
7. Lapis Lazuli Trinket
(OT> Oh my, it?s making my hands moist! )

Ruler: This is beautiful. Look, hold it! Your hands get moist!
Sabina: This is would make for an excellent moisturizer!
Ruler: That's a unique proposition.. but the sapling needs it more than we do.
OT: How about we build a post to place the trinket on?
That way it won't be so easy to remove..
Ruler: Good idea, let's do that.

(Sabina> I guess I can come by whenever my hands are dry and place them around the Lapis Lazuli trinket. )
8. A Stake In The Tree
(Sabina> Whoa.. did the air change around here? )

SL: Old Thomas writes to Agnes

Dear Agnes,
The sapling grew in a matter of days!
It is not a fully grown tree, but I have no doubts that it will be soon!
The stone we used to fill the trinket was the Lapis Lazuli.
I did some research of my own, I am Studious Thomas after all!
Here are some things on the Praying Tree that were consistent across all scrolls.
Before I start, I must note that I never found anything on a *Praying Tree*
Rather, there are many references to a *Goddess Tree*
Perhaps they are one and the same? Any - who, here are my findings:
No one knows how the tree came to be, but many believe it is a powerful magical being.
It is said to be a beautiful tree with fuchsia petals that mimic velvet.
According to a poem, when one sits inside the draping vines of the Goddess Tree
And reflects in silence, one will always find the clarity they seek.
That's all I was able to find. I hope to translate more of the tomes tonight.
Be safe, my dear.
Devotedly, Thomas

(OT> I hope this pigeon remembers her way back to Agnes..
Glimmerspeed, sweet pigeon. Do not get caught. )
9. Any New News?
(OT> Excellent. Another Life Tree Trinket! )

Dear Thomas,
The townsfolk believe we are the chosen ones to save the tree!
I tell them they are too kind and it's truly justice that is on our side.
I am glad to hear you did your homework!
Yes! The Goddess Tree! My translation was off. My apologies!
The people of Blythewood don't know much about the Goddess Tree either..
Stories got lost over generations, unfortunately.

Here are my findings so far:
It is known that the Goddess Tree was loved by the Faeries.
The Trolls also regard the tree with respect, but never interacted with her.
Over time, humans discovered the tree and also started to seek her for comfort.
The Faeries welcomed the humans and shared the Goddess Tree with them.
When the Old King heard, he declared the Faeries were untrustworthy.
The Old King demanded the tree removed and the citizens and Faeries fought him.
With much loss and sadness, the defenders of the tree won.
After that the Blythewood people kept to themselves and not much else is known.

I have so many questions.. What is the origin of this tree?
Why was the Old King so obsessed with the Faeries during his rule?
What was the agreement between the Old King and Blythewood after the battle?
What does The Baron know of this tree?

Attached is another Trinket. Be safe.
Love, Agnes

(OT> Too many questions, and none of them happy. I propose we revisit
the tree, perhaps we?ll be one of the lucky few to witness come of its guidance. )
10. Deep Rooted History
(OT> I guess the tree isn't sentient.. yet? )

Ruler: I haven't felt anything *magical* happen. Anyone feel something out of the ordinary?
Ivy: Nope. Not me.
Ruler: Let's stop wasting energy and work on the Air Trinket.
What precious stone represents this element?
Ivy: No clue, but I think it'll most likely be a pearly blue color.
Ruler: Ok, let's split up and collect things we think could work?
Thurston: Rah - rah to that, my liege!

(Thurston> What's blue and is precious? It must symbolize the air nature.
What would Sir Wren do in this situation? )
11. Something Blue, And Something New
(Thurston: My sovereign, no need to hold back on feedback! )

Ruler: I don't think any of this is going to work.
I keep feeling the answer should be very obvious?
Sabina: That's because it is!
The obvious answer would have been.. Faeries! They are cute, teensy, and air like!
So we should have been using all the things Faerie. Not all the things blue!
Ruler: Good idea, Faerie - like items are special and very elemental in nature.
Let's collect some and see what we can do.
Sabina: Let?s call it a Moonstone!

(Sabina> Yay! Moonstone it is! I hope when we combine it all together
the color is a beautiful pearly blue shade. )
12. The Moonstone
(Sabina> Did I just see a Faerie at the windowsill? )

Sabina: It's gorgeous! Here! Press your ear to it.
Ruler: I hear something like.. wind - chimes against the breeze.
Sabina: That's a poetic way to put it.
Ruler: It's very peaceful? I hope the tree likes it as well.

(OT> If the water blessing helped the tree grow stronger, I wonder what this will do? )
13. Air Blessing
(OT> The leaves? are turning fuchsia? )

Ruler: Whoa, the leaves are fading from green to magenta.
OT: Dear Ruler.. this isn?t just any regular sapling..
This is the Goddess Tree! I have no doubts.
Sabina: Oh look! Faeries!

Ruler to Faerie: Hello. We're glad you came by, we have questions about this tree.
Faerie: Do not speak to us like we are friends.
Faeries to each other: This is the tree our sisters told us about. The magic surrounding it is too strong.
There's nothing we can do now, we arrived too late.
Faerie: Humans, what have you done?

Ruler: What do you mean?
Faerie: How dare you use our gifts and kindness on the likes of this tree.
Ruler: But I thought we were doing the Faeries a favor?
Faerie: A favor?! What filled your head with that many earthworms?
Ruler: History cites that the Faeries loved the Goddess Tree..
Faerie: Oh. You did not just - - You think we're all the same, don't cha?
Ruler: No.. umm.. that?s not what I meant.. I..
Faerie: Here's a little neat fact for you. Not all Faeries are friends.
We're like you. There are many Faerie Factions and alliances.
Our Faerie Queen will be very displeased to hear of what you did..
How could you build the Faerie Respite to symbolize our friendship
and then root this Goddess Tree in your Kingdom? Are you playing games with us?

Ruler: Slow down, no one is trying to fool anyone!
Faerie: Sure, like we trust you.
And just to be sure you won't further this tree?s powers with OUR things,
you can kiss the Respite goodbye. It will no longer produce items.
Tell the other Faerie Hive to supply you.
Goodbye. *Blows a raspberry* Blffffff!

Ruler: This isn't good. They think we?re working with another Faerie group.
OT: This awful assumption was my fault, I take full responsibility.
Ruler: None of us knew.. The Faeries have remained hidden until recently.
They can't expect us to know everything about them when they've been so secretive.
We also built the Faerie Respite on our lands, not knowing what message it was sending..
That was misleading..
Well, the Faerie Respite doesn?t seem to be working anymore.
Ruler: Let's be sure our tree is safe until we figure out what's going on.

(OT> Yes, we need to protect this living tree until we assess the situation. )
14. Not All Faeries Are The Same!
(OT> What do the faeries want from us? )

The Blythewood Sapling Part 3
http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?66181-Castle-Story-03-06-2014-Update-The-Blythewood-Sapling-Part-3

Summary: Another side of the story gets revealed, however, history's timeline is still blurry. The Kingdom takes a stand and supports a side. Things stay uncertain while the stranger sleeps.

=====*=====

SL: Old Thomas writes to Agnes

Dear Agnes,
I've gotten the Ruler caught in a battle with the Faeries . . .
The Glimmerwood Faeries are upset that we are caring for the Goddess Tree.
Why they are upset is unclear. But they do not want this tree to get any stronger.
Do you know the history between the Blythewood Faeries and the Glimmer Faeries?
If we can understand the friction, perhaps we can remedy the situation in the Kingdom.
I do not expect a simple solution. The Faeries have been around far longer than we have.
Their history is complex.
I hope all is well on your end, please write soon.
Love, Thomas

1. FAERIE RICH HISTORY
(OT> Another Life Tree Trinket! )
SL: Old Thomas reads letter from Agnes

Dear Thomas,
I did the best I could, I hope my knowledge helps your Kingdom.
My sources say the Glimmer Faeries were the dominant Faerie clan until their downfall.
Under Lady Finverra's lead, the Glimmer Faeries were earnest and hardworking.

After Lady Finverra's passing, Lady Ivinea took her place. She wasn't gracious at all.
She wanted to bring the Glimmer Faeries to glory. The Glimmer clan rose to power,
when Lady Ivinea realized the Glimmerwood had harvestable magic.
With her discovery, the clan quickly became the wealthiest and strongest.
Power and greed became the motivator. They wanted the Blythewood and sided with
the Old King. However that battle didn't go in their favor, enraging the Old King.
That's all I was able to gather. I am not sure what to make of this at the moment.

On to the matter at hand. . . If we continue onward, the fire blessing is next.
A Garnet stone is the only one I can think of. I hope you can locate some soon.
With Love, Agnes

Ruler: it explains why the Old King had the Lady Finverra statue. And other Faerie artifacts.
OT: Indeed. It also explains why the Old King was cruellest to the Glimmer Faeries. . .

(OT: You may want to go to the Magic Garden.. I think that would be the best way
to call the Glimmer Faeries out to meet us)
2. WE COME IN PEACE!
(OT> Hello there! )

SL: faeries arrive

Faerie: I hope you're here to tell us you're getting rid of that tree.
Ruler: No, I'm not. I'm here to talk it out.
(2 faeries whispering
1stFaerie: (The young Ruler sounds firmer and more confident than before. . . )
2ndFaerie: (Could be a bluff, let's hold our ground. )
Ruler: What are you guys whispering over there?
Faerie: Ahem. Don't rush us, you're not our Queen.
Ruler: Speaking of the Queen, I wold rather speak to her.
Faerie: No. As long as the tree is around, you will not get the honor of meeting the Queen.
Ruler: Well that's not fair. You haven't been honest with us either.
We can be just as upset as you are. But we're not. We want to talk it out.
Faerie: We know there was a misunderstanding, but it doesn't change what transpired.
Prove to us you want to make it right. Give us back the things you used on the tree.
Ruler: You're not making this easy at all. We're both at fault. Let's work together.
Faerie: No. Do it and we'll talk about an audience with the Queen.
Ruler: Since I never got the Plume Queen's name, is here name Ivinea?
Faerie: Queen Ivinea is the prime jewel of the Plume.
Ruler: We'll do this because we want to talk. Not because we're bending to your will.

(Ivy> This is going to be tough. They want ALL the things we used from
them. On accident. Meh, the Faeries are a fickle bunch.)
3. BEING IMPOSSIBLE
(Ivy: Here you go, your Faerie highness)

SL: between ruler & faerie

Ruler: It's not everything, but we did our best. Can we talk now?
Faerie: You're not even trying at all. How do we take you seriously? No audience with the Queen.
Ruler: That wasn't part of the deal.
Faerie: The deal was we'll consider giving you a meeting with the Queen.
Ruler: That's not honest at all, you knew what we were agreeing on.
Faerie: Nope, we never said we would grant you a meeting with the Queen.
Ruler: . . .
Tell Queen Ivinea we're going to create the third blessing for the Goddess Tree.
Faerie: You won't dare.
Ruler: Watch us.

*At the Castle* ruler speaks with Sabina
Ruler: I think I spoke too soon. . . I shouldn't have let my anger get the best of me. . .
Sabina: Don't be too hard on yourself. They were being meanies anyways.
Ruler: I guess we can't back down now. Where do we go to find the Garnet?
Sabina: The Desert Sands is really hot. Maybe we should look there?

(Sabina> Hot desert heat sound like the place for precious fire stones like a Garnet)
4. HEATED ARGUMENT
(Sabina> Find any burning stone?)

SL: gathering at the Castle

Ruler to Thurston: Find anything?
Thurston: Nay, my liege. I HAVE FAILED THEE1
Ivy: You're SO dramatic. Where do we look next?
Thurston: FAIIIIILED!
Ruler: It's totally fine, Thurston. Did you find any clues at least?
Thurston: Errm. . . One of the knights found a drawing on one of the boulders in the desert.
It was a large red circle next to a red mountain.
Looks like sorcery, my liege. Stay far away from it!
IVY: No way, that sounds like a MAJOR clue. Could the red circle be the Garnet?
Ruler: Anyone know of a red mountain?
Sabina: Oh! From my tower when I was trapped, I saw a volcano off in the distance.
Ruler: That might be it! What is it called?
Sabina: Mount Despair.
Thurston: My liege, that's the depths of the underworld!
Lady G: Have no fear, dearie. I have the perfect enchantment for your armor.
You won't melt away to a pulp with this spell active.

(Lady G> *NOTE* The Underworld Enchantment is volatile and will only last for 8 hrs.
The next quest is TIME SENSITIVE. Completing the timed quest will get you ahead. You do
Not HAVE to complete the timed quest in order to progress)
5. UNDERWORLD ENCHANTMENT
(Lady G> Do not underestimate this soothing red color)

SL: fairie appears

1st: Stop what you're doing!
Ruler: Then let us speak with Queen Ivinea.
Faerie: . . . No. Stop what you're doing first.
Ivy: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!
Faerie: We mean it, do not power up this tree any further.
Ruler: We mean it too. Let's talk.
Faerie: . . .
Ruler: If we don't talk we'll never reach a solution. You've been silent long enough.
We know about the Blythewood battle. We know about the Glimmer Faeries' rise to power.
What we don't know is why you are against the Goddess Tree.
Faerie: It belongs to another clan.
Ruler: That can't be the only reason.
Faerie: As you wish. *Pours Faerie dust into the Underworld Potion*
Ruler: Hey, stop that!
Faerie: Take that! Your potion is now unreliable.

(Lady G> Faeries are a temperamental lot. Take this potion and climb Mount Despair.
This potion will wear off in 8HRS. While this enchantment is ACTIVE, you have
a higher chance of finding Garnet stones. Once it wears off they will be harder to find)
6. FOOL ME TWICE . . .
(Lady G>You are very lucky! )

SL: fairie appears

IVY: Hah, your little plan can't stop us. *blows raspberry* Phbbbbt.
Faerie: I am rubber, you're glue. Whatever you say
Bounces off me and sticks to you!
Ruler: Stop! We're not here to fight. We want to talk to the Queen.
Faerie: No.
Ruler: Did you even tell her of our request?
Faerie: . . .
Ruler: Why can't we talk things out? We're not making any progress.
Faerie: Do not craft the Garnet Trinket. . . Please.
Ruler: We won't if you would just deliver the message to your Queen.
Faerie: Fine. But don't craft the Trinket while we're gone!
To be sure we're going to place a magic barrier around the Garnet.

Lady G: Dear, you're being firm, but not firm enough. Craft the Fire Blessing.
Ruler: That wouldn't be in good faith.
Lady G: Like there was any from them! They cast a spell to be sure we can't !
Ruler: I . . .
Lady G: You will stand up for our Kingdom, and to the Faeries that are bullying us.
They're starting to take you seriously. Stay strong, and lead.
Ruler: Ok. Craft the Fire Blessing. ONLY because we need to show them we're serious.

(Ivy> The Faeries are going to make this very difficult. Let's focus all of our energies to fight off their spell)
7. WITH OUR POWERS COMBINED . . . !
(Ivy> I am Captain Ivy! )

SL: faerie appears

Faerie: You broke your promise! You crafted the Fire Blessing!
Ruler: We didn't promise anything.
Faerie: You say you want to make this work, but you're building up leverage!
Lady G: We've been patient long enough, dearie. Are we getting a chance to speak to the Queen?
Faerie: Not any more with that attitude!
Lady G: Don't test my patience, dear. Place the Fire Blessing by the Goddess Tree!
Ruler: Lady Greselda! You're making this worse!
Lady G: I've had enough with the back and forth! Don't bend the knee to the Glimmer Faeries!

(Lady G> Am I right, or am I wrong? The Glimmer Faeries have bullied us
long enough! And didn't they fall from their former glory: Well
their attitude hasn't dropped a notch, that's for sure )
8. BRANCHING OUT
(My goodness. . . It's violet? )

SL: at the Goddess Tree

Ruler: The leaves turned completely purple!
Sabina: It's beautiful! Touch the leaves! They feel like fine velvet!
Faerie: Please . . . no more. We will get the Queen . . .
Meet us at the Faerie Respite.

(Lady G> Always rule with a steady hand, my dear. You may not agree with me,
but it was called for this time. Get your questions and thoughts together,
I have a feeling it won't be easy to meet this Queen a second time.
9. DON'T BEND THE KNEE
(Lady G> Queen Ivinea is on time. )

SL: at the Faerie Respite

Faerie: All praise the Plume Queen with the sweetest nectar.
Queen Ivinea: Hello, young Ruler. My floral maids have told me
everything. I apologize for their diplomacy.
Ruler: I's . . . fine. I'm happy we're here and ready to talk.
Can you tell us. . . everything, I guess? From the beginning?
Queen Ivinea: Of course, the Glimmer Faeries have nothing to hide.

After Lady Finverra's passing, we were no longer on good terms with the other clans.
I rose to the challenge and did my best to complete Lady Finverra's duties,
But the other clans took no notice. There was much resistance.
It is unclear to me still, why the other clans were uncooperative. . . I suspect foul play.
But without proof there is not much I can do.

Ruler: Is that when you discovered you could channel the magic in the Glimmerwood?
Queen Ivinea: Yes. In my desperation, I discovered a way to harness the magic in the woods.
We offered our newfound power to other clans. Still, they would not welcome us.
I ruled with an angry heart. We quickly rose to power and became the strongest clan.
But it wasn't enough. When the time came we sided with the mad Old King.
As fate would have it, Blythewood won the war and we lost everything.

(Old Thomas> Not to worry, I have documented everything Queen Ivinea has said
in a scroll. It's good to have this part of history explained, even if it may be biased.
10. THE GLIMMER FAERIES? FRUSTRATION
(OT> Queen Ivinea, please tell us more)

SL: still at the Faerie Respite

Ruler: We're sorry about how you were treated. But violence is not the answer.
Queen Ivinea: I agree, young Ruler. And we are paying for it, still.
Ruler: You learned from your mistakes, and that's all that matters.
We want to be friends with you and with the Blythewood Faeries. We will be fair.
Queen Ivinea: It's not that easy. Once the tree is revived, we
will be driven out of the Glimmerwood.
Ruler: Not if I'm here.
Queen Ivinea: That's a sweet scented thought, but the
Blythewood Faeries will not be as gentle.
Their magic far surpassed us after the Blythewood battle.
They are unhappy with us.
Ruler: You mean there is still a power imbalance?
Queen Ivinea: Yes. They are not the strongest clan. Once the tree
is revived, its powers will weaken us.
The Blythewood magic is unique. It spreads to form a barrier.
Ruler: How do we revive this tree without harming the Glimmer Faeries?
Queen Ivinea: I pray to Lady Finverra for answers. We do not know.
Ruler: I'm sure there's a way, let's think about it.
Queen Ivinea: You have the fiery determination of the late Lord Alcinus.

(OT> Lord Alcinus? He was the loyal Knight that served the King
that passed away recently. . . He fled the Kingdom after the King?s passing.
Many say he left to search for the true heir, or he left due
to guilt of failing the King. No one has seen him since. . . )
11. HISTORY REVEALED
(OT> I wonder what the Goddess Tree will look like. . . )

SL: Old Thomas reads letter from Agnes

Dear Thomas,
It is good that Queen Ivinea has learned from her mistakes.
I haven't seen the Blythewood Faeries during my time here. . .
I am not sure where they went. Perhaps Queen Ivinea may know?

With regard to the final trinket, they say the Blythewood Gem is the final blessing.
Though I am not sure how to construct that without the Faeries' assistance. . .
I will send it to you if I manage to get one.

It saddens me to think this may be the end of our adventure together. . .
I must not think that! I am sure we have many more adventures ahead of us!
Write to me soon of what happens.
With Love, Agnes

Ruler: Queen Ivinea, do you know where the Blythewood Faeries are?
Queen Ivinea: . . . No, I do not.
Ruler: Are you ok?
Queen Ivinea: We must not craft the Blythewood Gem.
The gem will give the Blythewood Faeries power over The Glimmerwood.
Once that happens we will have nowhere to go. . .
Can we work together to craft the Glimmer Gem?
Ruler: Ok. Show us what to do.

(OT> The Blythwood Faeries are missing? I wonder where they went? I wonder.. oh, it?s just an old man's musing. You want to hear it?
I wonder if the Blythewood Faeries will appear here if we craft the Blythewood Gem instead of the Glimmer Gem?)
12. THE LAST BLESSING
(OT> I hope this creates peace. )

Ruler to Queen Ivinea: Does this gem represent your clan?
Queen Ivinea: It does. The Glimmer Gem is unique to us.
Ruler: Before we bless this tree with this gem, can you promise nothing bad will happen?
Queen Ivinea: Blessing the tree with the Glimmer Gem will not harm us.
Ruler: What about the Blythewood Faeries? Are you sure you do not know of their whereabouts?
Queen Ivinea: I do not know.
Ruler: Any objections?
. . . . . .
Ruler: Ok, we're all in this together.

(OT> That's all that's left to do. We're all here. )
13. Glimmer Of Hope
(OT> There's a face! )

Ruler: There's a face on the tree! Who is this? Is she awake? Can she speak to us?
Queen Ivinea: ..
Ruler: Aren't you excited? You're safe!
Queen Ivinea: Yes, we are very excited. Thank you, young Ruler, for not driving us away.
Ruler: We welcome anyone and everyone that has no place to go.
Queen Ivinea: Yes, and it worries us.
Ruler: Why?
Queen Ivinea: I may be over thinking is all. It is my duty as the Queen.
Ruler: So, who is this on the tree?
Queen Ivinea: She reminds me of Lady Finverra?s floral maid, Acacia.
Ruler: Why is she on the tree?
Queen Ivinea: I do not know myself.. Young, Ruler, you have our thanks.
I hope we are on friendlier terms now.
Ruler: Of course! Are you leaving now?
Queen Ivinea: There are things I must attend to now that the Goddess Tree has been resolved.
Please consult my sisters should you need anything.

Lady G: I am not fond of these pompous Faeries, but Queen Ivinea is not at all like Agnes said.
OT: Agnes got her information from Blythewood, it makes sense if it were biased?
Lady G: True, but any good witch knows.. do not trust others so easily.
Ruler: Queen Ivinea was acting weird.. maybe she's just stiff?

(Sabina> Whoa, this tree has a face on it! She looks like she's sleeping.
Helloooooo, anyone home? Or awake? )
14. KNOCK ON WOOD (Lady Acacia, are you awake?)
(Sabina> Nope, she's still sleeping )
