Transfer account with UDID

I want to transfer my account since I got a new iPhone but I can't find the page where I was able to transfer all my accounts by using the UDID of my old and new phone I have them both but I can't find it please help !

The option to transfer by UDID is no longer available.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
