How Are you supposed getting them?!?

You should have goals to complete the scrolls. Are they not in your goal list? Can u craft Mithril in your magic forge?

Yes I can have The Alchemy Crafts in my magic forge unlocks. But just don't have this shard ever in my inventory.
The goals have I finisht a long time ago..

I don't think you can get them as of now, since they were added after you already found all the shards. Some other people are in the same situation as you, unfortunately (read a similar thread before).

I got one knowledge shard and the Aquifers research months ago and haven't seen anything else since.

These were added in June 2013, but it was not retroactive so only the players that received their shards after the Knowledge scrolls were added will see these in their inventory.

I always thought the agriculture one gave random energy back as you harvested, reading the scroll it looks like there is a method in it. 33% less energy means 1 energy back for every 3 harvests.

Give or take. I have 30 plots, and usually it takes me about 20 energy to harvest them all. Sometimes more, sometimes a little less. But it's pretty accurate.
