View Full Version : Storm8 Support is SO SLOW and NOT HELPFUL

I have been waiting for Storm8 and TeamLava to transfer my Castle Story account to my new iPhone 5 for too long. I have submitted a request with all of the information needed to transfer my account THREE TIMES and support has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am SO ANNOYED and wish Storm8 was more helpful. :mad::mad::mad:

Depending on the volume of tickets it can take 3-5 business days. If you haven't setup an ID on your new device you can follow the steps in this thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?54910-ID-Transfer-Storm8-Method) to do the transfer yourself.

I have already setup the new device. And I have reached at least level 6 for both games on the new device. I have done everything that the Storm8 Support website said to do. I don't really see it as "support" if I have to wait 3-5 business days. Not a very good way to keep players happy.
