View Full Version : Storm8 Support is SO SLOW and NOT HELPFUL

I have been waiting for Storm8 and TeamLava to transfer my Dragon Story account to my new iPhone 5 for too long. I have submitted a request with all of the information needed to transfer my account THREE TIMES and support has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am SO ANNOYED and wish Storm8 was more helpful. :mad::mad::mad:

Depending on the volume of tickets it can take 3-5 business days. If you haven't setup an ID on your new device you can follow the steps in this thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?54910-ID-Transfer-Storm8-Method) to do the transfer yourself.

Once again, I have taken all of the necessary steps to have my accounts transferred, Storm8 Support is just extremely slow and not helpful.
