There maybe no exact answer to this question, while we can have an estimation and some CS developers like glimmergate could give us a hint? :rolleyes:
My point is at some stage, after finishing all the goals, fully expanding and upgrading all the buildings, what we could only do is to do the royal exchange and save the tickets and permits. Then if we have enough permits, maybe we can stop playing and just response to new updates.
