I got a new device

I recently got a new device, an ipod touch 5. I wanted to keep my progress from my old device (level 48 on old device), but I didn't think it was possible, so I created a new storm8 id (lovedog28). Several minutes later, I found out that you actually could by using your previous storm8 id and password to log in. I tried to, but I can't because lovedog28 is permanently stuck there. What can I do? My previous storm8 id was jucie21.
