Where is the mine?

Hello all,

I just reached level 45 and got a new goal about paying for a bomb... which I did, and then another one about using it to mine popped up.

However, I can't find any mine. I saw a thread saying that it's in the "north west" in a stone wall, but I don't see anything new! Is it possible I don't have it yet despite being level 45? Does anyone have a pic of what I'm supposed to see?
