What unlocks Faeriebulb seeds?

Looking ahead to upgrading Respite to Lvl 4 and know I need to collect them but GlimmerBulbs are not dropping any or are they that rare? Am i missing something?

Did you ever find this out as I'm starting to build my respite soon and would like a heads up on what kicks it off so I can plant or tap the right building etc.

I'm also questioning how many glimmer bulbs i'll need as the only way to use them up is in the magic fruit trade and I don't have that many magic fruit at the moment.

Thanks, I've read these already but was hoping there was more information? Didn't see exactly what I was looking for.

Ie can I collect the seeds from glimmerbulbs now or at that part in the quest, is it just glimmerbulbs at that stage I can get them from? I gather you can collect seeds from respite after it's completely built?
