Hi,

I was just mining when I saw that I was getting double amounts of items for dragon crafting/land expansion. All of a sudden I recieve a diamond dragon! I got very excited. But when I finished mining, the dragon was nowhere to be found, can I get help in retrieving it? I did see the dragon pop up when I found it and also in the summary after finishing that round of mining. I tried restarting the game (force closed) but there is no dragon in my inventory.

Sometimes glitches can be fixed for everyone at once, and sometimes, each game will need to be manually fixed.

I would advise everyone that is missing their won diamond dragon, go ahead and send an email to support@teamlava.com.

That way you will already have an email over to support.

It's a pop up after the last update ~ along with some gold rewards. Did you get the march 7th update yet? Also, mines rewards are doubled for the weekend too!

Dragon Story no longer says the pop up about the Diamond Dragon through mining until Monday even though I have lost mine too! It no longer shows up on my Dragon Story......will other people check and open up you dragon story and see if it is still there for you?

I too got a diamond dragon as a bonus (mining on platinum side) but it is not in storage. I did get a screenshot though. Hopefully it will help.

The 2 I won - one was mining for dragon, the other was for land! Checked my frozen isles, not there either! I sent 2 requests, hopefully we shall get them back else it really is a swizz!!

I was so excited twice!

This happened to me as well. I was mining and all of a sudden it showed I earned x2 platinum AND x1 (picture of a diamond dragon). When it got to the results screen it showed this as well. I still had 14 "try's" for the mine but was so excited to have received a diamond I exited the mine and checked my storage. There was the baby diamond. But before I could tap it to send it my second empty nest, the game
started "processing" and lost the diamond. I contacted TL but of course I know better than to expect a response before a month. This all happened BEFORE that announcement that you could earn double from mining and a diamond dragon. Lets see if TL believes me

Same here so so mad. Email support but no word back. Been trying for dragon forever and when you finally get it, very upsetting that it goes nowhere. Checked storage, nest, dragon purchase in case free, other forums,back to the mine and nothing!! Will update if I hear back from support.

I just got one on the land mining side so both mines can give you diamond. Now I'm patiently waiting for mine too. I took a screenshot after seeing this fiasco on the forum, so I'm glad I have proof.

Maybe TL is regretful about the diamond now. No matter what I hope they can give us an explanation. Some of my friends got the diamond as well but all of them just disappeared after 'processing'. This is mad.

I also found a Diamond Dragon (on the expansion side). I didn't take a screen shot, and I was going to continue mining because I have a lot more dynamite. I hit the spot to go back to the mine but it kicked me out, so I decided to look in my storage. No Diamond. At least I already have one, would be furious if I didn't. But there is definitely a glitch.

My nests were full so I thought I'd find it in Storage but it wasn't there

I don't really care cause I got a few of them
But I can imagine how upsetting it is to those who don't have one yet

I'm level 105 and still no success with breeding a diamond.
So I got happy like crazy the moment It appeared while mining, but only for a millisecond.
After that dragon story closed itself and threw me back to the iOS home screen.
As I restarted the game there was no dragon in my storage :-( soo sad

Has anyone got their Diamond Dragon and actually been able to keep it? Also, has TL responded to anyone's email request for help? This sucks I have been trying for over a year to get a Diamond and spent a lot of money to do so and still no Diamond until this weekend and then *poof* it is gone! GONE ! If you saw the Diamond pop up when mining, and it is not in your storage, try restarting your device and check again. If it is still missing, and you have not sent an email to support yet,
send one in.

I submitted ticket early Saturday and got the automatic reply so I waited. Then yesterday evening the game made me update it so I could continue playing. Now this morning I hear of people getting the diamond dragons they won but mines not in storage. It's weird that people who didn't email got theirs back, hope TL doesn't think their fix was a one size fits all?
