Where is the Leprechaun Party at?

Three of my neighbors have this, but I can't seem to find it. Anyone know where it is? Someone else also has a pile of gold coins, and I can't find it either. Is there a new Android version that I am missing?:confused:

Androids have not received the new items yet, so I am guessing that a seasonal version is just around the corner!
