Why can I not revome neighbors?

I'm trying to revome some neighbors that either dont play anymore or just dont care about other neighbors (and dont tip at all) but no matter how much I try, they just dont go away!

I press the "remove" button beside the neighbors name and it keeps "processing" and... nothing happen. The neighbor is still there.

Does anybody knows how to erase it?

I think you are trying to remove stormie right?
You can't remove him or her actually he helps you when you need materials to build or do goals

You should be able to click "edit" when your neighbors box is open. Then you can delete them. I am having the same issues. Trying to seewho I want to delete. I have several I do not think are playing any longer.
