I'm so ready for Spring. I hope TL gives us some Spring items.

Here are some ideas for recipes.
Paprika Salmon w/Potatoes
Hearty Spring Salad

Quinoa Salad - quinoa, peppers, tomatoes, and red onions.
Spring Veggie Salad - asparagus and tomatoes
Roasted Spring Salad - roasted broccoli, lemons, and tomatoes
Spring Berry Salad - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and more.


Here are some Spring drink recipes.
Various Lemonades - strawberry, peach, raspberry, and more.

It's Spring time here in restaurant story. Last year was very nice start but needs 2 move on from there. The garden pond was nice and so was the meditation garden. Let's continue on from there and have some fun this time around.
Let's have some refreshing recipes. Maybe a 2 part challenge that would start w March and continue on thru April. I'm willing 2 try anything.

here we go!! I'm expecting the worst (a new animal and piano box or something) and hoping for the best!! (New goals? I think it's time, more recipes for existing stoves, and cute kitchen-related decor!)

When you say updates do you mean more quests. I just finished seared to perfection and there are no more quests :confused:

It's been my experience that we usually get a new challenge/quest/set of goals ( whatever u want 2 call it) the first wk of the month. That doesn't mean necessarily we'll get it this wk but it would b nice.
Remember I'm just like everyone else and I don't have a crystal ball 2 look thru that tells me what'll happen 2morrow.
BUT EITHER WAY I WOULD LIKE THIS UPDATE 2 B ABOUT SPRING
SPRING DECOR TABLES CHAIRS WALLPAPER TILES THE WHOLE NINE YARDS
Last year we got real nice flower tables and chairs actually 4 2 months in a row.
So TL let's do the same this yr plz.

I'm sorry to say this but I absolutely hate this update, the wallpaper is ugly and so are the prizes!! Yuck!

Is it just me? We have Bakery and Restaurant, why is hardly any of the updates about food and cooking and baking? Basketball? I guess for some, maybe a sports bar type restaurant could be cool, but not for most people I would assume..... This would have been a perfect time to do St. Patricks or spring!!!

I hope they add some St. Patricks Day items too. I've decorated my restaurant for St. Patricks Day already so this basketball stuff is just getting stored, I'm gonna complete the goals as it gives me something to do but won't be putting any of it out in my 'green restaurant'. Maybe after St. Paddy's Day I'll do a little basketball section....maybe.

Yeah i like it but its very costly. The old rainbow tables n chairs are back. Theres also rainbow counters. My favs the creepy leprechaun :-D

Yea..I see that sandwich, too. It's under the lunch tab on the regular stove and mine is about half way through level 1 so it must be a re-release. 8 hour cook time.

All I have to say about this new update's theme is... ewwwww basketball, icky yucky sports, so gross. I was trying to do the goals earlier, literally gagging at it. The ovens are so ugly, the flooring is so ugly, everything is so hideous and the theme is just so NOT my thing. I'm not into sports, especially team sports, I find it appauling. I think I'm gonna sit this one out on my smaller accounts and just get the gems from mastering recipes on my main.

Last month when we were doing the vday goals, everything was so pretty and cute and nice to look at, loved all the details, colors, everything, bought more gems than I've ever bought in RS for the vday updates. But this is just yuck.

So far we've had under the sea theme, Chinese new year, old Western theme, cruise theme, pop corn and carnival stuff, valentines, etc, so now a little bit of a well-known sport, just that! I think it's fun, though not all of the goals can fit in our restaurants. It's what the game is all about ;)

The green couch is lovely but very expensive. Went mad and bought 6 of the leprechaun straightaway when I saw them. XD

Oh boy! Im stuck in Hongkong for vacation with a very poor wifi connection and cant start the goals before next week - and from what ive seen i love it :)))) at last good stuff to match my sports bar section awesome!!!! How weird tho.... ive complained about goals everyone loved like the chinese new year and now im loving a theme everyone seems to hate lol tyTL for thinking about mavericks like me lol

Exactly that, sure some ppl might be into sports, but TL games are geared towards girls, so yes, we want more girly, pinky themes, or all the lovely greenery that comes with st. pat's decor, or spring rather than a sports theme.

The rainbow counter is from a challenge last yr. I'm not sure which 1 but I've already got 3 of them so I guess I'll pass them by. I'm debating whether or not I'll use part of my iTunes card 2 buy some gems so I can have a few of the rainbow tables, I haven't decided yet. I did buy the lephercan cuz 1 can never have enough cute little people. He'll probably fit right in 4 Halloween next fall.
I'm glad they brought back the egg salad sandwich just bcuz I can always use the gems. Thanks TL.
