how do i restart the game from the beginning ...im new to the game and i didnt know what i was doing at first so i lost all my money and i would really appreciate it if yall could help me figure out how to totally restart....thanks

Are you serious? You cant restart the game. It is saved on TLs servers, not on your device. If you download it again you will be right back where you were before you deleted it. Bad advice, Dude.
