I want to start ALL over again! I wasted all my money in like one second. & it freezes my phone most of the time. Might it help if I reset my phone ?

I dont think resseting your phone will be the best idea. you might lose everything in your phone.. plus i doubt and im 99 percent sure you cant do that.. you can't restart any story games.
