i just got my Alpaca these two days happily

Then!!!!!!!!!!!!! after harvested and fed my alpaca once, i could not make any alpaca feed, alpaca wool and alpaca blanket anymore, actually i cannot even see these products in the factories, that's not the worst, my point is ..... EVERY TIME I CLICK THE ALPACA, IT CRASHES ALL THE TIME! I DID REINSTALL AND REDOWNLOAD... BUT NOTHING WORKS...
i 've already tried the original Farm Story 2, it is still the same
