Can they have both have an account on 1 device?

My daughter and sister are sharing a tablet and my daughter has a dragon story account but when my sister tried to get it (the tablet has separate user accounts for both) it was my daughter's dragon story account. Is it possible to log in and out of the game so they can both have it on one device? I'd tell my sister to get it on her phone but her phone is not compatible with dragon story.

You can have one storm ID and game on a device at a time.
If you have an old phone or another device, you can add a new storm ID and game to that device,

Then the sisters can take turns logging in and out of their games on the same tablet.
