Alliance name in global & War button.

First thing I would like to see the alliance name with the player name in global again, as this makes it far easier when trying to recruit new members. The second thing is in regards to the war button itself, personally I would like to see it that only the leader of the alliance is able to declare war. I do not think it is a great idea for anyone to be able to do it.

I agree that the alliance name should be out back in global. Makes it so much easier to recruit and see who are jumpers.

However i feel and elder or two should also be able to declare war. The leader may be away or working or sleeping. So having more then one person be able to declare ware is essential. Ooh i know CO-LEADERS.

Co-Leader is something I suggested before but as of yet nothing has come of it, but I personally think it should be added as soon as possible as it is needed for all alliances. The leader can not always be there.
