Game crashes when visiting neighbours and community members

My game is working perfectly on Kindle Fire however whenever I attempt to visit Neighbours and Community members it is throwing me right out. If I have a really good run I can visit two or three people in the Neighbours before I get thrown - however when trying to visit Community Members it's chucking me out on practically every one. Then I have to go back in and wait for it to load - three or four minutes every time just to be thrown out again!!!!! My Social Rating is really suffering as I just cannot stay in the game long enough for it to increase. Can anyone help please.

Our engineering team took a look at this and did not find any issues. Unfortunately, your device meets the minimal requirements for our games and may have performance issues. As you level up, add more items and animations to your board, the game requires more resources from the device. If the device is older or has a lack of resources, it'll cause the game performance to decline.

You may be able to improve game performance by closing down background apps to free up more resources.

I have this issue on my Motorola RAZR M...the game boots me or restarts...totally annoying... please fix the issue...thank you

My game also restarts when I send maps or gold to my neighbours. My device is a galaxy note 2. It has happened to me in the last 3 or 4 updates, so it will not be solved if I reinstall, as I have done it when I installed christmas, valentine...or the normal version.
Is the note 2 unable to run the game correctly.?

mine is a galaxy note 2 also. it crashes about 20 times a day. each time i try to write on a wall i have to do it three times. each time i ask for maps i have to do it about three times. each time i try to hit the menu button it crashes and i have to do it again or sometimes three times. i never had any problems until i hit around level 70 i think. it's been worse and worse as times goes on. i have very few apps on my phone and i always make sure they're not running. i think this game has to be fixed so it will work on android better. period. ive spent too much on gold to quit. it just not fair. they should warn us before we go spending and make things cheaper on the android game or something. something should be done!

Game crashes sometimes when visiting neighbors, game crashes sometimes when opening menu, game crashes sometimes when going to the quest list, game crashes sometimes when (trying to) scroll, the game crashes sometimes when trying to request for expansion, the game even crashes sometimes simply by staring at the screen.

Got enough free space on internal memory and SD card. RAM isn't full either when checking while the game is running.

This game is one huge pile of bugs.
Please fix.

Recently my game has been crashing a lot lately. I have lost bombs and ingots due to this issue. It happens for no particular reason. I can either be collecting coins on my island, mining on my island, or visiting neighbors. I play on IPhone 4s. I play the regular version of DS. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I use an android tablet and also pay restaurant bakery farm and pet shop but dragons is the only one I have problems with on a regular basis. It hangs (processing!!) every time I try to visit neighbours or send them gold. It takes so long that socialising whilst playing this game is a total waste of time. I can visit 10 or more neighbours in restaurant or bakery story in the time it takes to visit only 3 in dragon. It is a real drag and the reason I uninstalled for some months only re installing for gems for other games hoping this time it would be better. Disappointed again :-(

I have been having problems with visiting community and neighbours also...game freezes or boots me. I play Bakery, restaurant, pet shop and Dragon story and it only happens here. I rarely have any issues with my other games, Also my husband gets booted numerous times daily from dragon story.... Quite irritating....and usually only when visiting someone

This is similar to the other players where if you're running on an older device or a device with low end resources, you may experience performance issues when loading larger boards. You can close down background apps in attempt to free up more resources.
