Missing trading post quest - level 26 and have never had quest

Since beginning to play I have never had the 'quest' to gain the Trading Post everyone else seems to have from about lvl 8. Can this be sorted/organised by anyone please.

I am sorry but the Trading post is only offered to IOS players.
