Well no Black rose yet, but using Night and Life I have gotten two Troll Dragons!! One to keep, one to Trade!

Also life fails ( 3 hours) which now I have more dynamite for the mine!

bought it as well ! i think 300 gold bars for a dragon like this is a fair price.

like i said many time before, i don't mind spending some gold on dragons i really like as long as TL does not try to rip me off with crazy "offers" like 19.99 euros / 1 dragon. i would pay that amount of money ONLY if the dragon is a diamond or a diamond hybrid.

i think this dragon is also breed-able. One player got it with goblin and dawntree. I did't try breeding this because the fails are awful ! So i decided to buy it because it looks great. However, TL confirmed that we ca breed the Black Rose dragon. ( but that's what they said about Snowman and nobody got it by breeding )

Thanks to LemonadeMouth which he received the tip with Crusader/Hunter gave me but it did not work. I'm sad he did not get the Black Rose by breeding.

I've stopped with the breeding of the Black Rose. I have breeding fire / hunter = 2x life, one virtue annoying and then with Crusader / Hunter 4x life, 3x virtue and 1 troll juhuuu, but no Black Rose :(

Got 'super' lucky and got it with life and night on the first try. I got tired from trying to breed valentines dragon and from that combo i wanted to get some random fails while trying for black rose and suprize suprize. Dont give up on breeding it!

I finally got it! :) after a truckload of island (yuck) and a Titan (seriously? Now that's not playing fair) using hunter/fire, I switched to troll/fire, got 3 poison in a row (TL hates me) switched back to hunter/fire and got 13 hours! Happy days :) all is forgiven TL, and sorry for the hysterics!

I didn't have a black dragon so far but just got 23 hours, which is Night dragon, built a habitat for it and sadly after two days as it will also need 23 hours to hatch and 23 hours to evolve, I will try for this beauty, which leaves me with 3 or 2 days to try and if we add my bad luck with breeding (I was trying a whole week for the a lot easier Gaia and didn't get it) and if we multiply this by the rarity of this dragon which by reading the thread is huge, well the result is I will never be able to get it, hahah :D

I tried with fire x hunter I ? Think it had fewer fail numbers I did get humming and dapper out of it ..... Maybe worth checking to be sure ....

Same here, I've gone back to breeding for Helios since I've pretty much given up on this one with my only black habitat spot filled by Amphora from the Tales Event

Me too! I feel your pain. Lol. Is it just me, or have Diamonds been waaayyyy easier to breed lately? I've gotten 5 in the past few weeks. None that I actually wanted, though.

i believe so, they might have increased the chances of getting diamond / hybrids. Tried black diamond and life and got 23 hours, pretty sure its another dark angel. gut feel tells me ::3

I really wanted this dragon too, but unfortunately with the new Tales event my only black habitat space has been filled. So no more breeding for me except for Helios, my only Diamond habitat available

At least I got a Godmother, a Dark Phoenix, and a Healer from my week of non-stop breeding for Black Rose.

I am sorry to hear that though I suspect there aren't many fails of dragons you don't already have. 405 unique dragons is a lot!

Yea, it's hard to breed something I don't have, but seeing how I no longer have any space, I won't breed for anything but Helios now :D

No go for me either. I couldn't win it in the wheel either. Why does this drahon hate my island so much? My black dragons are well behaved!!!
