latest update 19th Feb Android

Hello, the latest update doesn't seem to have got out to Android users. Will there be a new version for this? Only I can't see it yet in the play store and isn't it usually there by now?

Last night (about 16 hrs ago) I asked this on the update thread and since then I heard nothing about it.

So...

Can a moderator please say a word about why i cant see the update and new recipes on the Valentines version (latest)?

And will be there a new version of RS?

I would make a guess that since androids have been getting some seasonal versions this year, that more than likely a new version based on this weeks updates will be released shortly.
