Blue man?

Last week I had an attack icon pop up and disappear next to the shop icon. In the icon was the "blue man". Are they finally making headway on the champions alter and a new troop? Was trying to find info on here but wasn't sure if I overlooked it. Any one else have this for the 3-4 seconds like I did?

I have seen some pictures of a Blue man while surfing the net. But never saw it in action though !
