I am on level 65 and i cannot figure out how to get the dragon portal or the magic book, can anyone help me? Also when i visit other islands my phone will make me force close the app, any suggestions on how to prevent this??

Guessing you are Android. The dragon portal is most likely the Nether Portal which is a removed decoration no longer available. And the Magic Book would be the Spell Shop, which is not available to Android.

If your on android you can't get these or if your on iOS try making sure your game is updated
