The Builder's Caravan

Is there anyway to "unload" items that you Load into a goal like this? I hit Load by mistake and now I want to use some of these things for something else. Thanks.

Unfortunately once you've loaded an item (on a caravan or given it as part of a quest) there is no way to get it back :(
