Urgent Please Help!!!!

Hi,

A few months ago I started playing bakery story on my iphone and now I bought an ipad and I installed bakery story on it, but when I opened the game to play it on my ipad it started from the very beginning and asked me to signup for a new storm8 ID. I don't want to signup for a new account I want to use the same one on my iphone so that I can continue playing from level 13. Please tell me how I can sign into my current account my storm8 ID is: rosesweets.

Hi there. :)

You need to email Teamlava and ask them to transfer your game from one device to the other.

Tell them what your Storm8 ID is and give them both of the device numbers so they can make the transfer.

I had a similar issue only my thing is that my iPhone just got switched to a new one I don't have the other one can this be fixed or do I loose everything
