My summoning has disappeared!!

I don't know what happened! My summoning icon is gone and there's no more quest to get hearts, and in my storage, I only have four hearts from the quest I just finished--all my other hearts are gone!! I was soooo close to getting Teddy!

I'm on iOS, and yes, I force closed and restarted the app and even restarted my phone! *cries*

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? Are you playing the Valentines edition?

I wasn't playing Valentine's, but I just downloaded it now to see if that made a difference and it doesn't! The summoning and all my hearts are still gone! I also deleted regular DS and reinstalled and that made no difference either!

Really sorry to hear that but hopefully TL will be able to restore it. It's horrible when these things happen.

Have you checked to see if the Teddy dragon is in your storage?
If not, send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check your game.

Yes, I have checked storage and Teddy is not there.

I have emailed support but since it's a weekend, they won't get around to it until Monday and by then the summoning will be over so they'll probably say they can't help me!

Please restart your app and check your storage for your Teddy. You completed Summoning (I guess you were closer than you thought!). He got distracted by the sun sparkling on some icicles and wandered off. The Caretakers warmed him up and sent him home. :)

Hi Teamlava I am afraid I have got the same issue like cakeandpie had. My Storm8 id is keke2204. Just 30 min ago I started my DS to collect the last hearts and found that summoning was gone and in my storage I could only find 4 hearts that was collected in the last round. My Teddy was not there? Could you also help me out of this issue? We only have 1 day left I don't want to lose my Teddy. Please. Thank you.

The best thing is to contact support like you did. I will also go ahead and flag this over.
