Help!!! I can't place The Eiffel Flowers in my bakery!!!

I completed the Parisian Love goals, but I can't place my Eiffel Flowers in my bakery. I tried on my iOS and my Android device. When you select it in the design tab it just shows tap an empty space to place, and ignores my taps. Before that i tried to place my earlier goal prizes, and they worked, but after trying Eiffel flowers they stop working too. Can any one help me please?

Make sure there's enough space to put the item. Eiffel Flowers is a 4x4 but needs 5x5 space for you to be able to place it on the floor.
