Items purchased not showing?!!!

Bought the red vanity and it never displayed, then trying to figure out where it was or went I purchased again and it did appear, but when trying to rearrange it too disappeared! Now I've lost twice the cost of those gems and have nothing to show for it! How do you get refunded! That's taking my money essentially!

I am sorry this has happened, try restarting your device then check your inventory to see if they show up.
If they are still missing and you did not get coin/gems back please send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check your game.
