When is the next gem sale in restaurant story?

I want to buy some gems, but when a sale comes up. Can an admin start a sale now or when is the next one?

The next sale won't b 4 a few days once 2day's ends in a few more hrs. This sale still has approximately 5 1/2 hrs 2 go since the time is set on California time.
Admin never tells us when I next sale will b. I'm just in the habit of paying attention 2 all the pop ups I get the 1st time I enter both RS and BS in the morning since they don't reappear that day.
