problem moving bushes in game.

I am having a problem moving bushes in this game. I will buy them and can not get them to go were I want them to go. You touch them and they jump to a different spot. I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong. Please advise.

After moving the bush are you clicking the green arrow at the bottom that says "done"?

yes when I finally get it to were I want it. I can put my finger on anything else I want and it moves with my finger. The bushes When I put my finger on them move away from my fimger amd I have to move the bush blind because it is outside of the frame. It seems that I can not move them like I should be able to. Other things in this game have been moving like moving and icon on your screen. when you put yout finger in it, the item moves. I can not do that with the bushes at all.
