Hello, I've reached out to the support team to help reinstate the 100 gems lost as a result of this bug. I was told that it would be forwarded to engineering for investigation. I now have an email stating that the case is "solved, but the gem count nor bug has been fixed. Has anyone else ever encountered this? I would hate to stop playing after having reached level 99....
