Ice Age Dagon egg cannot be hatched

We have created an Ice Age Dragon egg but it is stuck in the nest. There is no habitat available. Have touched on the transporter and it says to buy / breed a dragon, which we have. We have forced the game closed, uninstalled and reinstalled both the regular and Valentine's version. HELP!

I have the same problem, the egg is stuck in the nest, and i cant buy any habitat :S
