Royal manor??

Why can't I buy a royal manor? I don't have one. It is listed in the market, but when I click on it to purchase, it says I'm at my limit and need to level up to purchase. I'm at level 30. I don't get it???

You have the max royal points. Try selling a tower or a couple of walls and see if that makes enough space to get the manor. Storing royal items won't help, you need to sell something royal to decrease your total royal points.

Note that the limit is the number of Royal Buildings, not the number of Royal Points. The number of Royal buildings you can have depends on your level. Players at Level 30 can have 27 Royal buildings.

I'm not sure of the new totals, but now that the levels have been raised, I think the amount of royal buildings has too.

I couldn't find a royal points post, this was the closest I could find, but I was wondering what the advantage of having a high number of royal points is? Do you get an increase in building profits?
I know upgrading a building alters the earnings, but was does overall kingdom royal points achieve? I saw someone today had over 14,000 royal points.

The royal building cap has increased (now 43). The benefit of royal points is more that they are needed for expansions. Way back when at the start of the game I think they had an impact on the daily bonus but they definitely don't now. The other benefit is bragging rights :)

I would love to put a royal manor in my kingdom. But since I'm out of space and with the new up date going to need some substantial land. I don't see it in my future. I just start storing some buildings. I'm not happy about that since they all took time and a lot of materials. I like to keep them out to enjoy the great detail the designers put out in creating them. Still a little confused when it is mentioned that the design team is only at level 26. ThAt must reflect the dry spell we went through when nothing was happening. Sorry to sound like a parrot but more expansions please.
