Asus T100 Transformer

I have been playing Bakery Story on my Kindle Fire and have reached level 77. But my Fire has stopped working so I can't access the game. I have replaced my Fire with the Asus T100 Transformer. Is Bakery Story available for the Asus? If so, can I transfer my existing game? If so how? If I can't can I start a new game? So far I have been unable to download the Bakery Story app. It is not available in the Windows Store. Please can anybody help me as I am not good with computers!

I had a windows phone but changed to android recently because no one makes apps for it.

Bakery Story isn't available in the windows store.

I am sorry but Team Lava games are not offered in the Windows Store.
You can only download the games from iTunes, google play and the amazon store.
