List for neighbors that send only parts?

Hi! My ID is 007war and I'm at level 99 in RS and BS. I want to know if there is a list of neighbors that only send parts. Edited my list of neighbors 'cause i had a lot of inactive ones. I'm a daily player. Accept all requests.

U might want 2 go 2 the Add Me forum that u access off the TL page different people have started different sub-forums there

Look under RS and BS to see if there is an existing thread. If you cannot find one, you can start up a new Add me thread in the discussion forum for that game, then let me know, and I can move your thread to the add me forum.
